Coach Carlos brings over three decades of elite coaching and leadership experience to the youth soccer landscape, with a career marked by player development, program building, and success at the highest levels of competitive play. He currently serves as the Technical Director at Coastal Kicks Soccer, where he also leads the U12 Boys and U14 Girls Premier Teams.
