Dutch Development US Camp
Train the Dutch Way. Get Seen. 📍 Mill Creek Turf Field - 4625 FL-16 📅 June 29 – July 2 ⏰ 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM Ages: 9-14 Spots: Limited availability to maintain quality
This is not a typical summer camp.
This is a focused training environment built on the Dutch Development Model—designed to challenge players, improve decision-making, and accelerate real game understanding.
Sessions are structured around how the game is actually played, not just drills. Players will be placed in game-realistic situations where they must think, adapt, and execute under pressure.
This is how top European academies develop players.
Players will be coached in:
- Football intelligence (Voetbalintelligentie)
- Decision-making under pressure
- Positional play and spatial awareness
- The four moments of the game (attacking, defending, and transitions)
- Small-sided, high-repetition game scenarios
Each session is designed to develop the individual within a team context.
🔥 Select players will be invited to train in Holland
(Invitation only. Travel not included.)
Focused on Development
UEFA Licensed
Our coaches are UEFA licensed and developed within the Dutch football system—widely regarded as one of the most intelligent and structured approaches to player development in the world.
Every session is intentional, game-based, and built to develop players who can think, adapt, and perform—not just execute drills.
International Pathway
Direct connection to our Dutch Development Program
🔥 Invitation to train in Holland as part of our international development pathway
(Invitation only. Travel not included.)
This is not a trip. It’s a pathway.
Feedback Loop
A core pillar of this camp is the feedback loop.
Players are continuously observed, coached, and guided throughout each session—not just instructed and left to figure it out.
Coaches provide real-time corrections and insight, helping players understand both the “what” and the “why” behind their decisions.
This is how players develop faster, retain more, and translate training into real match performance.
What age groups is this camp for?
Ideally we are looking at ages 9-14, but will consider advanced younger or some older, as an exception. Must be approved by Club Director.Â
What equipment will be required?
Treat this like a typical football training session. Cleats, shinguards, plenty of water and/or electrolytes.
How do the invitations to the Dutch Development Program in Holland work?
Any and all invitations will be at the discretion of our Dutch team, in conjunction with SJFC coaches and leadership. Nothing is guaranteed, and any trip costs are separate and outside of the scope of this US-based camp.Â
