Training includes sessions with UEFA-licensed coaches and scrimmages against professional academy clubs in Holland and Germany, offering an unmatched window into the tactical, technical, and physical demands of top-tier soccer.But the program isn’t just about training—it’s about opportunity. Professional scouts are often present at matches and training sessions, giving players a real chance to be seen and evaluated by clubs across Europe. Players are nominated based on ability, character, and potential, with some invitations coming directly from Dutch clubs and trainers themselves.
